a British Snow day

That’s right, it’s official….SNOW DAY!!!!

The school is closed, the buses aren’t running and the trains are delayed. All the classic signs of a British snow day! So in true British style, I wrapped up warm, gloves, scarf, hat, coat, the list could go on…

I opened the door and dived straight for it! The cool rushed through my body as my brain told me to get up, but I didn’t care. It’s not a usual thing for us Brits, so I’m taking advantage of that fact!!

A quick snowball fight out the front with the family, and I was off with friends to the local park. Snowmen were appearing everywhere, from obese ones to anorexic ones, they all looked really cool!! We played liked kids on the play park, and then got balling!!

Snow snow everywhere! That’s all I could see! And it was fantastic!! But now I’m back in the warmth of my bedroom, and already I’m planning my next outing!!
